Hong Shen

Hong Shen is an Assistant Professor at the Human-Computer Interaction Institute in the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. Her research intersects human-computer interaction, artificial intelligence, and public policy, focusing on the social, ethical, and policy implications of digital platforms and algorithmic systems.
