Greg Wadley

Greg Wadley is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Computing and Information Systems at the University of Melbourne, specializing in Human-Computer Interaction research. His work spans computing, psychology, and medicine, focusing on the co-design and evaluation of digital health interventions, with a particular emphasis on online social therapy platforms for youth mental health. He has made significant academic contributions in emotion regulation, virtual reality applications, and the impact of technology on health and emotion. As a co-chair of CHI Health Subcommittee, he has substantial influence in the academic community and holds a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, a master’s in Cognitive Science from the University of Melbourne, and a bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Queensland.
