Andreas Riener

Andreas Riener is a professor at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI), focusing on Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Virtual Reality (VR). He is also the program head of the international master's course in User Experience Design (UXD) and a research professor at the CARISSMA Institute for Automated Driving, where he leads the interdisciplinary Human-Computer Interaction Group (HCIG). Professor Riener has extensive research experience in autonomous driving, human factors engineering, virtual reality, user experience design, and intelligent perception. He has published extensively in leading international conferences and journals and has served as an organizer and committee member for several international academic conferences.
