Devansh Saxena

Devansh Saxena is a scholar specializing in sociotechnical systems, currently serving as an assistant professor at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. His research focuses on the impact of algorithmic decision-making in high-stakes domains, particularly in public services like child welfare systems. Combining human-centered data science approaches with human-computer interaction and machine learning techniques, he investigates the interplay between algorithms and human practices.
