Yue Fu

Chris Yue Fu is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Washington's Information School, focusing on Human-Computer Interaction and human-AI collaboration, particularly in co-creation with AI and communication in long-context, multi-turn interactions. Chris's research spans AI-mediated communication, AI-assisted design, music production, learning, and meaning-making. He has designed and implemented various conversational agents and collaborated with renowned academics, including Alexis Hiniker, Wanda Pratt, and Jacob O. Wobbrock. Chris is dedicated to applying AI technologies to education, mental health, and creative projects and aspires to become a professor to advance academic research and teaching.
