Asta Roseway

Asta Roseway is a Principal Research Designer at Microsoft Research, specializing in human-computer interaction, wearable technology, and the development of smart tattoos. She graduated from Parsons School of Design and initially joined Microsoft as a graphic designer. Later, she became a "fusionist," dedicated to integrating art, science, and technology. Asta has led multiple innovative projects, including the "Printing Dress" and the smart tattoo project "DuoSkin." She is also one of the founders of programs like Microsoft Artist in Residence and Digigirlz. Her work aims to create meaningful and fantastical user experiences through technology while fostering the convergence of technology and art.
