Bongshin Lee

Bongshin Lee (이봉신) is a computer scientist whose work spans information visualization, human-data interaction, human-computer interaction, and human-AI interaction. She is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Yonsei University and Vice Director for Research at the Yonsei Institute for Digital Health. Her current interests also include inclusive data experiences, digital health, mobile data visualization, data-driven storytelling, self-monitoring and personal informatics, and multimodal data representation for accessibility. She worked at Microsoft Research from 2006 through February 2024, most recently as a Senior Principal Researcher.
