Guanyun Wang

Dr. Guanyun Wang is a researcher at the College of Computer Science, Zhejiang University, and deputy director of the Industrial Design Department. He is also a Ph.D. supervisor. His research focuses on cutting-edge areas such as tangible interaction technology, biomimetic morphing design, and 4D printing. His work has been published in leading international journals and conferences, including Nature, Science Advances, and CHI, and he has received multiple international awards such as the Red Dot Design Award, iF Design Award, and Ars Electronica STARTS Prize. Dr. Wang was a postdoctoral researcher at Carnegie Mellon University and a visiting researcher at MIT Media Lab. His design works have been featured in prominent exhibitions at events such as the International Exhibition of Design in China, Dubai Design Week, and the London Design Biennale.
