Liuqing Chen

Liuqing Chen is a ZJU-100 Young Professor at the College of Computer Science and Technology, Zhejiang University, specializing in AI-driven design, Human-Computer Interaction, and creativity-enabling technologies. He has made extensive contributions in bio-inspired design and applications of large language models, with over 87 academic papers published and cited more than 1,556 times. His research aims to advance design innovation through generative AI and data-driven methodologies, ranging from conceptual generation to solution-focused design support, encompassing both engineering design and education. He actively explores how multimodal language models can be applied to design processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of design tools.
