Hancheng Cao

Hancheng Cao is an assistant professor in the Information Systems & Operations Management area at Emory University's Goizueta Business School. His research focuses on computational social science, human-computer interaction, and information technology, particularly on how emerging technologies, such as generative AI and collaboration tools, affect workplaces and the future of work. His work integrates large-scale data mining, algorithm development, and system building to uncover the dynamics of work and its interaction with technology.
