Oliver L. Haimson

Oliver L. Haimson is a researcher specializing in Social Computing and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). He currently serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Michigan School of Information. His research focuses on designing and conceptualizing transgender technologies, social media content moderation and marginalized communities, as well as identity transitions and social technologies. He is the author of the upcoming book Trans Technologies and has made significant contributions to the intersection of LGBTQ+ health and technology.
