Sunny Consolvo

Sunny Consolvo is an American computer scientist currently working as a researcher at Google, focusing on digital security, human-computer interaction, privacy protection, and anti-abuse technologies. Her work primarily targets developing inclusive and effective security and privacy solutions for high-risk user groups, such as survivors of intimate partner abuse, political activists, and content creators. Previously, she worked as a research scientist at Intel, focusing on mobile technologies and their application to health and well-being. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Washington's Information School and has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to academia and industry, including being inducted into the SIGCHI Academy and other major honors.
