Yung-Ju Chang

Yung-Ju Chang is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University and the Director of the AIMEX Lab (Agentic Intelligence for Mobile Engagement and Experience). His research interests focus on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Ubiquitous Computing (Ubicomp), with an emphasis on mobile device usage, attention management, intelligent notification agents, mobile crowdsourcing, and digital health. His work combines system development and empirical investigations, aiming to design technologies that respond to human needs while helping users manage their attention and trust in an increasingly complex digital world. Professor Chang is also deeply interested in social media content creation in the era of generative AI and actively promotes academic collaboration, mentoring students passionate about mobile technology research.
