Junnan Yu

Junnan Yu is an Assistant Professor at the School of Design, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, specializing in research within the field of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). He has made outstanding contributions particularly in child computing technology, interaction design, and design research. His research focuses on exploring how technology can support interaction and creativity development in families, children, and educational settings. He has published numerous papers covering participatory design, the application of artificial intelligence in design, and computing education for children. He is committed to integrating design and technology to deliver innovative solutions for social and educational challenges. Junnan Yu enjoys high recognition in academia and has received the "Outstanding Young Researcher" award.
