Hyeonsu B Kang

Dr. Hyeonsu B. Kang is a Senior Applied Scientist at Microsoft’s Outlook team, specializing in developing agent systems to enhance email productivity, particularly in task delegation and agent proactivity. He earned his Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University in Human-Computer Interaction, with research spanning cognitive science, behavioral methodologies, and AI-powered interactive systems. His work focuses on developing human-AI collaborative tools for creativity, with applications in multimodal agent systems and recommendation systems.
