Celine Latulipe

Celine Latulipe is a professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Manitoba, Canada. Her research spans Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), computer science education, and the development and evaluation of creativity support tools. She is particularly interested in how older adults and their caregivers engage with technology and the design of innovative learning environments that support collaborative team learning. Professor Latulipe’s work emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, intersecting art, education, and technology. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and joined the University of Manitoba in 2019, where she currently serves as a professor and research collaborator with the University of North Carolina Charlotte. Her research aims to advance inclusive education and artistic creation through digital technologies and explore how to make complex software more user-friendly.
