Bronwyn J. Cumbo

Bronwyn Cumbo is an interdisciplinary social researcher and creative practitioner currently serving as a lecturer at the Transdisciplinary School at the University of Technology Sydney and a researcher at Monash University's Emerging Technologies Research Lab. Her research focuses on human-computer interaction, participatory design, and sustainability, aiming to engage communities in the co-design of sustainable digital futures through creative and critical approaches. Her work particularly emphasizes the participation of children and young people, exploring the intersection of global digital transformation and environmental sustainability through the design and coordination of educational initiatives. She applies various collaborative approaches to support societies in co-creating futures amidst complex challenges.
