Yasha Iravantchi

Yasha Iravantchi is a computer scientist specializing in privacy-preserving sensing devices and high-fidelity input technologies. He currently serves as a T32 Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University. He completed his PhD in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan, where his research focused on Human-Computer Interaction, Machine Learning, and Surface Acoustic Wave sensing technologies. His notable work includes developing the “SAWSense” system, a technology that leverages surface acoustic waves to enable highly accurate touch input and significantly enhance interaction capabilities with irregular objects.
