Guanhong Liu

Dr. Guanhong Liu is an Associate Professor at the College of Design and Innovation, Tongji University, and serves as a master’s supervisor. She has a multidisciplinary background in design, art, and information science, holding a bachelor's degree from the School of Design at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and both master’s and doctoral degrees from Tsinghua University. Her research focuses on human-computer interaction, intelligent design, cultural innovation, and smart education. Dr. Liu has led projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences Fund. She has published over 20 academic papers in leading international HCI conferences and journals such as ACM CHI, UIST, and IMWUT, and holds several national invention patents. Her design works have been showcased at international exhibitions like Dutch Design Week and Milan Design Week, winning multiple accolades including the Academic Rising Star Award from the International Chinese HCI Association.
