Haipeng Mi

Haipeng Mi is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Art & Design at Tsinghua University and a Visiting Researcher at the Tsinghua University Future Laboratory. His research interests span human-computer interaction, interface design, interactive art, and human-machine collaboration. Academically, he has published over 50 peer-reviewed papers in top conferences such as ACM CHI, UIST, HRI, and Ubicomp. He also serves as a committee member of various international academic organizations, including the Executive Committee of the International Chinese Association of Computer-Human Interaction (ICACHI) and as a member of the China Computer Federation (CCF). Additionally, he was selected as a member of the 2017 Chinese National Young Talent Support Program. Professor Mi is dedicated to exploring the intersection of art and technology, tradition and modernity, as well as the connection between humans and artifacts.
