Shagun Jhaver

Shagun Jhaver is an Assistant Professor at the School of Communication and Information at Rutgers University, focusing on the interactions between users and algorithms on digital platforms. His research critically examines how the design, technological features, and policies of large-scale platforms influence the experiences of different stakeholders, aiming to enhance fairness and transparency in communication between platforms and end-users.
