Darren Guinness

Darren Guinness is a researcher focusing on Human-Computer Interaction and Accessibility. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2022 from the University of Colorado Boulder, where he specialized in Tangible User Interfaces and Assistive Technology. His research aims to enhance digital experiences for individuals with disabilities through emerging technologies such as mobile robots and haptic feedback. His projects, including Robographics and Storyblocks, explore innovative interaction methods like dynamic tactile graphics and accessible audio stories. Currently, he works at Apple, continuing to contribute to advancements within these fields.
