Netta Ofer is a PhD student at the ATLAS Institute, University of Colorado Boulder, conducting research in the Living Matter Lab. Her background spans media studies, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), interaction design, and dance and movement practices. Netta’s research focuses on creating opportunities for children to engage with programming in ways that foster creativity and personal meaning, particularly by connecting digital and physical worlds. Her current artistic and research projects further explore the human-material relationship, introducing interaction experiences that decentralize the human perspective in design research and incorporate practices of nurturing, growth, care, and collaboration.
