EunJeong Cheon

Dr. EunJeong Cheon is an Assistant Professor at the School of Information Studies (iSchool) at Syracuse University and serves as a Senior Research Associate in Automation System Policy. Her research focuses on the fields of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human-Robot Collaboration (HRI), and Computer-Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW). Dr. Cheon primarily studies values, social dynamics, and the impact of technology in workplaces involving human-robot collaboration. She has published numerous papers at ACM/IEEE international conferences and has served as a presenter and organizer at various international academic conferences. In addition, she has received funding from the United Nations International Labour Organization (ILO) for research dedicated to artificial intelligence applications in caregiving. Dr. Cheon earned her Ph.D. from Indiana University Bloomington.
