Maitraye Das

Maitraye Das is a scholar dedicated to research in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and accessibility technology. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Northeastern University. Her research focuses on the accessible design of collaborative writing technologies, accessibility in generative AI, and inclusive design practices. Her work has been widely published in top conferences such as ACM CHI and CSCW, encompassing areas like improving the collaborative experience for users with visual impairments and designing intelligent technologies that support individuals with autism. Maitraye is highly regarded in the academic community and has been nominated multiple times for Best Paper Awards.
