Stewart Worrall

Stewart Worrall is a Senior Research Fellow at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Sydney, affiliated with the Australian Centre for Field Robotics (ACFR). His research focuses on autonomous driving and intelligent transportation systems, with significant contributions in vehicle automation, vehicle localization, context awareness, and sensor fusion. His work aims to develop safe and efficient autonomous vehicle technology, particularly addressing the challenges of continuous localization and navigation in complex urban environments. Dr. Worrall has extensive research experience, with over 170 academic papers published and widely cited in the international academic community. He currently leads a research team dedicated to advancing the field of intelligent transportation.
