Rob Comber

Rob Comber is a researcher specializing in Human-Computer Interaction. He is currently an Associate Professor in Communication at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, where he also lectures in the field of Human-Computer Interaction. His research predominantly focuses on the democratization of technology, encompassing topics such as social and environmental sustainability, social justice, and feminism. He explores how technology can be applied in areas such as civil society, food, and social media. Combining design with qualitative social science methodologies, his research involves conducting interviews and design workshops to investigate patterns of technology use and its collaborative applications towards group goals.
