Ihudiya Finda Ogbonnaya-Ogburu

Ihudiya Finda Ogbonnaya-Ogburu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Virginia Tech, focusing on how digital technologies are utilized in contexts of resource scarcity and systemic inequity.
