Kasper Hornbæk

Kasper Hornbæk is a professor in the Human-Centred Computing section of the Department of Computer Science at the University of Copenhagen. His research focuses on human-computer interaction, usability and user experience, as well as body-based interaction, eye tracking, cultural usability, information visualization and reality-based interaction. He received an M.Sc. in 1998 and a Ph.D. in 2002 in Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen, and has been a professor there since 2014. In 2020 he received the SIGCHI Academy Award and was inducted into the CHI Academy.
