Pin Sym Foong

Dr. Pin Sym Foong is a Senior Research Fellow at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore, where she also serves as the Design Lead for the Telehealth Core. She holds a master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction Design and a Ph.D. in Interactive Media. Her research focuses on the development and evaluation of patient-centered health technologies. Dr. Foong has broad expertise in areas such as chronic disease prevention, patient education, elder care, and digital support systems for families affected by dementia. She is committed to improving the quality of life for patients and caregivers through innovative technological solutions and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration at the intersection of health, technology, and design.
