Annuska --- Zolyomi

Dr. Annuska Zolyomi is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Division of Computing and Software Systems at the University of Washington Bothell, specializing in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and inclusive user experience design. Her research focuses on designing technology-mediated solutions for neurodiverse groups, such as those on the autism spectrum, and their communities. Her work aims to enhance communication, enrich social connections, and promote individual autonomy through technology. In her academic research, she extensively employs methods such as participatory design, design thinking, and value-sensitive design. Prior to her academic career, Dr. Zolyomi worked as an Accessibility Strategist at Microsoft, where she gained substantial industry experience in translating research into real-world products.
