Albrecht Schmidt

Albrecht Schmidt is a renowned computer scientist specializing in human-computer interaction, ubiquitous computing, and intelligent interactive systems. He is currently a professor at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU Munich), where he leads the "Human-Centered Ubiquitous Media" research group. His research focuses on the design of interactive intelligent systems, multimodal user interfaces, and digital media technology. An active member of various academic organizations, he previously served as the Chair of the German ACM SIGCHI chapter and has been elected as a member of the ACM SIGCHI Academy.
