Sneha R Krishna Kumaran

Sneha R. Krishna Kumaran is a Research Scientist at Meta. She earned a PhD in Computer Science (Human-Computer Interaction) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and worked in the ORCHID Research Group during her doctoral study. Her research focused on creativity support tools and educational technologies, especially when, why, and how people seek feedback and how goal setting, feedback templates, and interaction design can encourage earlier and more effective feedback seeking. She has also studied communicating algorithmic processes in online behavioral advertising and peer feedback in online design education. She earned a BS in Computer Science from Oregon State University, where her honors project examined plant–pollinator interactions.
