Chien-Sheng Wu

Chien-Sheng Jason Wu is a researcher and leader in the field of artificial intelligence, specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Interactive AI. He previously served as a Research Director at Salesforce AI Research, where he led his team in publishing papers at top-tier academic conferences, filing patents, and integrating research into enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) products. Wu earned his Master’s degree at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is currently the Founding Engineer at Agentic AI, dedicated to advancing trustworthy AI applications.
