Hariharan Subramonyam

Hariharan Subramonyam is an Assistant Professor of Research at the Stanford Graduate School of Education and a Ram and Vijay Shriram Faculty Fellow at the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI). He is also a core member of Stanford's Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) research group. His research focuses on applying cognitive psychology principles to enhance learning, creativity, and meaning-making through AI. Additionally, he explores tools and methodologies to support multidisciplinary teams in co-designing AI application experiences. Subramonyam has received multiple Best Paper Awards at top HCI conferences, such as CHI and IUI.
