Eureka Foong

Eureka Foong is a scholar and practitioner specializing in user experience research, currently serving as a UX Researcher on the YouTube team at Google Switzerland. Her research focuses on designing social technologies, promoting equity in online and non-traditional work, and enhancing creator experiences. She holds a Ph.D. in Technology and Social Behavior from Northwestern University, has worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Tokyo College, University of Tokyo, and has gained extensive user research and project management experience at companies such as Facebook and Adobe. She has a strong understanding of mixed research methods for new product development and is committed to driving innovation through data and user insights.
