Neung Ryu

Neung Ryu is an accomplished researcher from the Department of Industrial Design at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), specializing in the field of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), particularly focusing on haptic feedback and computational physical interaction in Virtual Reality (VR). Formerly a member of the KAIST MAKinteract lab, renowned for integrating design and engineering, his research focuses on developing novel interactive devices and systems to enhance user experiences. His work on the "GamesBond" project earned an honorable mention at ACM CHI 2021, showcasing his exceptional contributions to VR and haptic feedback technologies. Currently, he works at NAVER as a developer, spearheading innovation in technology and user experience.
