Anastasia Kuzminykh

Anastasia Kuzminykh is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Information, University of Toronto, the Director of the COoKIE Research Group (Communication, Organization of Knowledge, Information Ecosystems), and the founder of the Toronto Human-AI Interaction Research School (THAI RS). She holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and a degree in Neuro and Pathological Psychology from Moscow State University. Her research focuses on human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology, affective science, and system design, with a particular emphasis on human-AI interaction through conversational interfaces. Her work aims to improve user experience and performance by analyzing complex communication environments and designing corresponding systems, while paying close attention to ethical and efficient human-AI collaboration models.
