Gilles Bailly

Gilles Bailly is a CNRS Research Director (HDR) at the ISIR Lab, Sorbonne Université, and a member of the ACIDE team. His research focuses on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), skill acquisition, decision-making processes, and optimizing user experience. He earned his PhD in Computer Science from Université Grenoble and completed postdoctoral research at several renowned institutions, including Telecom ParisTech and the Max Planck Institute for Informatics. Gilles has made significant contributions in interactive technologies, artificial intelligence, and robotics, earning multiple Best Paper Awards at international academic conferences. He is currently a principal investigator in several large-scale research initiatives, including the PEPR eNSEMBLE and ANR NeuroHCI projects.
