Sangsu Lee

Sangsu Lee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Design at KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology), as well as the Director of the NH-KAIST User Experience Design Research Center. He completed his undergraduate, master's, and doctoral degrees at KAIST and worked as a Senior UX Designer at Samsung Electronics, where he contributed to the user interface design of the Galaxy series. His research focuses on human-computer interaction, emphasizing the integration of academic inquiry with industrial practice through practical design studies. He leads the Next Interface Lab, which specializes in designing natural, human-centered interfaces and user experiences based on human needs and technological trends. His expertise spans user experience design, AI interaction design, and inclusive and accessible design, making him a recognized scholar in the field.
