Fabio Morreale

Dr. Fabio Morreale is a researcher specializing in music technology and its intersection with human-computer interaction, currently serving as a Research Scientist at Sony AI. His research interests span the ethical and cultural implications of AI in music creation, the design of digital musical instruments, and expanding the boundaries of music creation through algorithms and technology. He has previously been a Senior Lecturer in Music Technology at the University of Auckland and conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Trento and Queen Mary University of London. His work combines innovation in music technology with a focus on its societal, ethical, and cultural impacts.
