Andrew D. Miller

Andrew D. Miller is Chair of the Human-Centered Computing Department and an Associate Professor of Human-Computer Interaction in the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering at Indiana University Indianapolis. He studies how social computing technology can help people support one another in health and wellness, designs pervasive technologies for social support online and offline, and works with youth and their families as participants in technical systems and in-the-wild deployments. His current work focuses on the NSF CAREER-funded Family Resilience Technologies project, which designs caregiving-coordination tools to support family collaboration and resilience during health crises.
