Niels Henze

Niels Henze has been a professor at the Chair for Media Informatics at the University of Regensburg in Germany since 2018. He completed his PhD research in Human-Computer Interaction at Oldenburg University and later served as Junior Professor for Socio-Cognitive Systems at the University of Stuttgart (2013–2018). His research covers various aspects of Human-Computer Interaction, particularly the use of predictive models in interactive systems and their application in mobile interaction, augmented, and virtual reality. His focus also includes enhancing user attention and interaction experiences through interactive systems. His research has been published in numerous leading international conferences, significantly impacting the field.
