Jasmine Jones

Dr. Jasmine Jones is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Berea College. Using an interdisciplinary human-centered computing approach, she studies how human values enter the design and use of new technologies and how computing technologies in turn shape ways of life. Her current public profile highlights collective family memory and multigenerational storytelling, self-tracking for health and wellness, and cultural values in design. She is also the founding faculty director of the Berea College Makerspace (Berea faculty profile).
