Michael Bernstein

Michael S. Bernstein is a professor of Computer Science at Stanford University and a senior fellow at the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence. A bestselling author, his research focuses on the design of social, interactive, and social technology systems. His work has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, TED AI, and MIT Technology Review. He has received honors like the Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellowship and the Computer History Museum's "Tech for Humanity Prize" for his contributions to the fields of human-computer interaction and social computing. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University, as well as a Master's degree and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
