Aldrich Clarence

Aldrich Clarence is a scholar specializing in research on Human-Computer Interaction, Virtual Reality (VR), and Augmented Reality (AR). He completed his PhD in 2023 and was certified by the Indonesia World Records Museum as the "youngest PhD holder at the age of 23." His doctoral dissertation, titled "Limits of Haptic Redirection," explored tactile perception in VR environments and its applications. His research findings have been published in leading academic platforms such as ACM, covering topics like haptic redirection, perceptual manipulation, and advancements in VR/AR technologies. Additionally, he was an active member of the "Embodied Data Visualisation Lab" at Monash University's Faculty of Information Technology and is currently affiliated with the University of Queensland.
