Tanusree Sharma

Dr. Tanusree Sharma is an assistant professor at the College of Information Sciences and Technology at Pennsylvania State University. Her research interests include information security, human-computer interaction, privacy protection within the Web3 ecosystem, and designing tools to aid the blind in managing visual privacy. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received the Google Research Scholar Award to support her research on assistive tool design. Tanusree strives to enhance privacy management and security practices in society through research and technological development, with a focus on user experience and accessible design. Her research outcomes have been widely published in numerous international conferences and journals.
