Syed Masum Billah

Dr. Syed Masum Billah is an Assistant Professor in the College of Information Sciences and Technology at Pennsylvania State University, specializing in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). His research interests include intelligent interactive systems, accessible computing, assistive technologies, and human augmentation. He focuses on developing innovative technologies and interactive solutions for individuals with visual impairments, such as remote vision assistance technologies and screen reader enhancement tools. He earned his PhD in Computer Science from Stony Brook University, a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
