Zhe Liu

Dr. Zhe Liu is an associate researcher at the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research spans software engineering, software testing, large language models (LLM), deep learning, and human-computer interaction. He is devoted to advancing intelligent mobile application development and testing through artificial intelligence and lightweight program analysis techniques, focusing on areas such as requirement elicitation, GUI testing, usability analysis, and bug reproduction. Dr. Liu has published 22 papers in top international conferences and journals, with a total of 1835 citations. He was the champion of the ACM Student Research Competition (SRC) Global Grad Category Finals in 2023, becoming the first Chinese mainland PhD student to achieve this distinction. He has also received multiple awards, including the Outstanding Doctoral Thesis Award from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and best paper awards from various international conferences.
