Tianshi Li

Tianshi Li is an Assistant Professor at Northeastern University's Khoury College of Computer Sciences and a core member of the university's Cybersecurity and Privacy Institute. Her main research interests include privacy protection, data minimization, and privacy risks and design methodologies in the context of large language model applications. Before joining Northeastern University, she earned her PhD from Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in human-computer interaction, where she authored several influential academic papers in the field of privacy and user experience. Her work focuses on leveraging human-computer interaction technologies and artificial intelligence to provide users with safer digital experiences.
